Code of Conduct and Fair Play Policy
In Angry Birds Evolution we believe all players should have the best game experience possible - whether that is while playing or interacting with others in chat and guild environments.

Our fair play policy helps to show what behavior we do not condone and we see as misconduct, however we will not list everything as we hope everyone wants to be part of having and sharing fun while adventure on the Island!

We reserve the right to deal with misconduct no matter where it appears, meaning that all commentary even slightly related to our game and by our players, is actionable on our part.

A full list of the behavior that will not be tolerated in our game, can be found in the Rovio Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Consequences of misconduct and list of unaccepted behavior

Here are the general topics you can report directly in game and should be easy to follow.
    • Chat behaviour
    • Harassment
    • Cheating
Of course, the obvious rule of thumb is: Don’t cheat and play fair! It’s that simple.

    In more detail

This is not an exhaustive list but serves as a guide when reporting.
    • General misconduct in a chat environment; offending other players and purposely spoiling their game experience
    • Spamming and advertising
    • Encouraging others to break the rules
    • Threatening self-harm or harming others
    • homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, racist language
    • Using slurs
    • Phishing for personal contact or account details
    • Impersonating a Chimera/Rovio employee
    • Naming of guilds or user names to harass an individual or group of people
    • Defaming people or groups of people publicly
    • Discussing sexual content or violence
We also take targeting of individual Rovio and Chimera employees very seriously. Actions will be take on a case-by-case basis, but can range from temporary to permanent account suspension.

Accounts found to breach any of the above listed misconduct will face actions including but not limited to:
    • Temporary account suspension
    • Permanent account suspension
    • Revocation of in-game currency obtained through illicit means
    • The same consequences can apply to making false reports.
A Good Clean Fight : Seven (R)Evolutionary Clan Commandment
    1. Clans bring us all together. Fighting pigs on your own is always fun, but nothing beats the thrill of contributing to taking an ace team of players to the top.
    2. Clans play hard, but fair. Evolution’s top-tier rewards belong to its most skilled, dedicated players. Clans attract the cream of the crop and demonstrate how skill matters in the game. Cheating, hacking and scoring manipulations of any kind, have no place in Evolution and will not be tolerated.
    3. Clans are considerate. Clan names may not contain abusive words or terms. Be creative with your clan’s name and profile, but respect your fellow players at all times.
    4. Clan Leaders Matter. If you are leading a clan, this means that you have a deep understanding and love for the game and that players look up to you to set an example in the community. Communicate and play in a way that sets the standard for all players.
    5. Clan Succession. If you wish to step down from leading your clan, make sure that you discuss, vote and appoint a new leader in your stead.
    6. Clans are active. If you find yourself in a clan where the leader, elders and officers are all inactive or have stepped down, please contact our player support team in order to resolve the situation.
    7. Clans are fun. A spirited fight lies at the heart of the Arena/PVP experience in Evolution. Battle for Oinktagon and Event dominance and may the best clan win!
    Regarding emulator usage:

The game intended to be downloaded from either google play or itunes. Downloading via third party, is not supported or condoned.
We cannot guarantee you support, we cannot guarantee you will not be banned. Play on an emulator at your own risk.

    We have zero tolerance against:
    • Hacking
    • Scamming
    • Highly innappropriate Abuse/Harassment
These actions will lead to an immediate, permanent ban always.

We will not discuss account bans/suspensions nor provide support for accounts that have been involved in foul play and misbehavior.

How can I report unacceptable behavior?

Use the in-game button to contact customer support about it!

In severe edge cases where you feel you want to explain more details you can report replays and context to Moderators directly via the forum or our Player Support.

We will not follow up on or discuss the outcome of those reports with you, but rest assured, this is a great help in making our community a fair play environment and we will be able to take action much faster.

We do appreciate each and every one of your direct messages and are happy to have such an interactive and caring community - let’s keep it fair together!

How do we deal with reports?

There are many different ways in how we deal with reports in game or from other channels, however, in all severe cases, like cheating or extreme harassment, we manually review them.

As there is always room for human error - if you believe a suspension was unwarranted, please always contact our Player Support and they will look into it for you. Suspension discussions have no place in the forum, so please stay clear of creating them.

We won't go into any greater detail for security reasons, however, rest assured, that we are not only taking reports seriously, but we are also willing to double check in exceptional circumstances.
